Please read before booking.
1. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received within 24 hours of service completion. In some cases, full payment is required immediately upon delivery once items have been inspected.
2. Inspection on Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Acceptance confirms items are received in satisfactory condition unless stated otherwise.
3. Damage Claims
Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Access & Parking
Customers must ensure adequate access and parking. Additional costs due to restricted access may be charged.
5. Safety Requirements
All pets must be kept away from work areas at all times to ensure safety of both staff and property.
6. Hazardous Materials
Any hazardous or dangerous items must be declared prior to or on the day of the move. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service without refund.
7. Delays & Waiting Time
Delays caused by the customer (including lack of readiness or access issues) may result in additional charges.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
9. Packing Responsibility
If packing services are not requested, customers are responsible for securely packing all items. We are not liable for damages due to poor packing.
10. Liability
While care is taken at all times, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not packed by our team. Liability is limited to reasonable and foreseeable losses only.
